Bartender

• Provide warm, attentive and professional service to all guests at the bar
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and non‑alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard
• Maintain expert knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients and preparation methods
• Engage with guests confidently, offering recommendations and tailoring drinks to preferences
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with licensing regulations and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organised and well‑stocked bar at all times
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support smooth service during busy periods through teamwork and clear communication
• Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising wastage
• Uphold brand standards, hygiene regulations and operational procedures at all times

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role
• A genuine passion for service, beverages and creating positive guest experiences
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident and professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation and quality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• A team‑focused attitude with a proactive and reliable work ethic
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Responsible Service of Alcohol) are required
• Cocktail knowledge or mixology experience is highly regarded
