Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests
  • Maintain a clean, organized bar station
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation
  • Accurately process all payment methods
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
  • Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus
  • Willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods
