Bartender

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including classic mocktails, original creations, and non-alcoholic options
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and offer personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Ensure consistency in presentation, quality, and taste of all drinks served
• Support and guide junior bar staff in upholding Four Seasons standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to maintain stock and control costs
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create seasonal pairings and signature experiences
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement

• 2–3 years of bartending or mixology experience in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments
• Passion for beverage craftsmanship and strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and current mixology trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English is required
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia

Certification in mixology or beverage service is a plus
