Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional bar service to hotel guests, diners, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive
Prepare and serve a full range of drinks, cocktails, wines, spirits, and soft drinks, to a consistently high standard
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the bar menu, cocktail list, and wine offering to confidently guide and recommend to guests
Anticipate guest needs, personalise interactions, and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times, upholding the highest standards of presentation and hygiene
Support stock management, including monitoring levels, flagging requirements, and minimising wastage
Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver seamless service across the hotel
Bring energy, warmth, and professionalism to every shift
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bartender within a quality hotel, bar, or hospitality environment
A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage service
A warm, confident, and engaging personality
The ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and licensing requirements
Nice to have:
WSET or relevant beverage qualification
Experience with EPOS or till systems
