Job Responsibility

  • mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • interact with guests to provide excellent customer service
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • handle cash transactions and process payments
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • willingness to learn and adapt to restaurant procedures
  • availability to attend open interviews Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Nice to have

  • prior experience as a bartender or mixologist preferred but not required
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
