Job Description:

As a Bartender at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort, you will prepare drink orders, maintain cleanliness of the bar, stock supplies, and ensure excellent guest service. You will handle payments, secure inventory, and support team goals in a professional hospitality setting.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
Transport supplies to bar set-up area
Wash soiled glassware
Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area
Process all payment methods
Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
