Bartender

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy at the point of sale
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations during shifts
• Stay updated on current drink trends, recipes, and promotions to advise customers effectively

• Previous bartending experience within the catering & hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of drink preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Relevant certifications such as a Personal Licence or Food Hygiene Certificate are advantageous but not mandatory
