Job Description:

Bartender position at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. Role goes beyond mixing drinks to hosting the space and taking broad ownership of guest service. Position requires building relationships, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Build relationships with others across hotel and community
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Ensure bar looks and functions flawlessly
Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance
Follow company policies and procedures
Protect company assets
Maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Knowledge of beverage trends and micro-local offerings
Passion for guest service experience
Eye for detail
