Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to Altamarea Group standards
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the beverage program, including classic and house cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Provide engaging, attentive, and professional guest service at the bar and for service tickets
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all beverage preparation
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering as needed
  • Follow all DOH regulations, alcohol service laws, and company policies
  • Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Uphold a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

  • Open availability with the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beverage service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
