Job Responsibility:
Expertly prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including complex signature cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences
Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and inventory management of the bar area at all times
Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills, fostering a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere while adhering to the establishment's standards of excellence
Operate point-of-sale systems with precision, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of all financial transactions
Strictly adhere to all food safety regulations and local liquor laws, maintaining compliance at all times
Conduct regular inventory assessments and implement proper stock rotation procedures to minimize waste and maintain product quality
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely delivery of food and beverage orders
Actively participate in ongoing professional development sessions to enhance mixology skills and stay current with industry trends and techniques
Address customer inquiries and concerns with the utmost professionalism, implementing swift and appropriate resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale establishment
Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with discerning clientele
Exceptional multitasking capabilities and advanced time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Professional bartending certification strongly preferred
Current food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required, with commitment to maintaining up-to-date credentials
