Job Description:

As a Bartender/Mixologist, your role demands a deep passion and expertise in premium beverages, along with prior experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating memorable experiences for guests ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Working with Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails
  • Serving cocktails, drinks, and food to hotel standards
  • Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktails
  • Flexibility to work late shifts including weekends and bank holidays
