Job Description:

Bartender position at Vinpearl Landmark 81 Autograph Collection, preparing drink orders, maintaining bar cleanliness, processing payments, and providing excellent guest service according to Marriott standards

Job Responsibility:

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar area
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
Transport supplies to bar set-up area
Wash soiled glassware
Process all payment methods
Count bank at end of shift and complete cashier reports
Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
