Job Description:

Our bartenders build memorable guest experiences. They provide exceptional customer service, maintain professionalism, and foster strong community relationships while ensuring the bar operates flawlessly.

Job Responsibility:

Build memorable and unique guest experiences
Anticipate and deliver on guest needs
Maintain professionalism in personal appearance and uniform
Create a safe workplace
Handle money and information with precision
Prepare quality drinks
Take ownership of guest service
Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required

Nice to have:

Passion for guest service experience
Attention to detail
Ability to implement new trends and micro-local offerings
