Job Description:

Bartenders at the Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel are responsible for mixing drinks, building unique guest experiences, and ensuring the bar's flawless functionality. This job goes beyond basic bartending, including anticipating guest needs, ensuring professional appearance, and actively contributing to guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks and building unique guest experiences
Staying updated on new trends and guest needs
Ensuring bar functionality and guest service
Maintaining professional appearance and following company policies
Performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds
Building relationships across the hotel and in the community.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
