Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled and creative part-time Bartender to join our team. You'll craft innovative cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create memorable moments for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Mixology Mastery: Create unique and delicious cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients
  • Guest Engagement: Interact with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure they have a great time at the bar
  • Beverage Program Support: Help develop our drinks menu with new and exciting cocktails and promotions
  • Bar Operations: Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked while following all safety and licensing rules
  • Upselling: Suggest premium drinks and pairings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
  • Team Collaboration: collaborate with all colleagues and your manager to ensure a smooth service

Requirements:

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food, beverage and customer service
