Job Description:

W Sydney is seeking a talented Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences, focusing on customer service, cocktail preparation, and creating a vibrant atmosphere. You will be part of a fun-loving team in a luxury hospitality setting.

Job Responsibility:

Welcoming customers, determining beverage preferences, and taking drink orders
Preparing and serving beverages, including garnishing glasses
Learning drink menus and informing customers about new specialties
Ensuring customers meet the legal age for alcohol purchase
Managing inventory and stocking supplies
Handling transactions and balancing registers
Maintaining cleanliness of work and dining areas
Developing and upselling signature beverages

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and garnishing
Ability to learn and recommend drink menus and specials
Adherence to food safety and quality regulations
Inventory management skills
Ability to handle cash, credit and debit card transactions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to develop new cocktail recipes
Attention to detail and cleanliness
Compliance with age verification laws for alcohol purchase

Nice to have:

Experience working in high-end or luxury hospitality environments
