Job Responsibility:

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers to brand standards
  • Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
  • Maintaining high presentation standards across the bar area
  • Managing bar prep, stock rotation, and organisation
  • Handling payments and till operations accurately
  • Working closely with restaurant and events teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality-led bar, hotel, or restaurant
