Bartender - On Call

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu
• Confirm orders including any special needs or requests using the point-of-sales system
• Serve and take orders from those seated at the bar area
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions
• Properly and accurately close guest checks
• process credit card payments
• Provide serving utensils for those who bring outside food
• Provide service for those in all areas of the Club Level
• Clear table/bar top of used dishes, glasses, and cutlery
• Assist with bar inventory
• Cut fruit and prepare beverage garnishments
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer satisfaction/people skills
• Ability to multi-task in demanding environment
• Fluent in English, reading and writing
• High-School education or equivalent experience
• Ability to utilize computer equipment and use email
• Must be flexible with schedule
• able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evenings
• Apply an ethical and moral approach to influence the outcome of situations
• Serve as a role model for others by demonstrating appropriate business conduct and ethical principles
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
