A dynamic Shift Manager role for the Bars & Shops team across the resort, reporting to the Venue Manager. A hands-on, guest-facing role focused on delivering operational plans, maintaining standards, and creating memorable experiences. Operates on a flexible 5-day schedule across a 7-day week, with late finishes during adult-only Big Weekenders.

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience from a busy restaurant or bar venue
Ability to balance speed, quality, and atmosphere
Comfortable making quick decisions, maintaining brand standards, and responding calmly
Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage a team during peak periods
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and keep team focused
Strong leadership, clear direction, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Willingness to work late nights (shifts can extend to 4am or 5am)
Adaptability to a flexible 5-day schedule across a 7-day week
