The Hillgrove Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Bars Manager to lead our vibrant bar operations and oversee multiple bar outlets across the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative professional to join a well-established team within a property known for warmth, service excellence, and a strong community presence. As Bars Manager, you will take ownership of the full bar operation, ensuring each outlet delivers consistent quality, guest satisfaction, and a welcoming atmosphere. You will manage day-to-day operations across several bars, lead and develop your team, drive revenue, and uphold brand standards aligned with The iNUA Collection’s commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Overseeing the daily operations of all bar outlets, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of service, product quality, and presentation
  • Managing ordering, stock control, supplier relationships, and cost efficiencies
  • Creating innovative drinks menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings
