Oxford deserves world-class drinks. You're the one to deliver them. The Randolph is one of Britain's most iconic hotels, a Grade II listed landmark at the heart of Oxford, where history meets a vibrant new energy. As Bars Manager, you'll lead the bar operation across one of the country's most storied venues: building a brilliant team, curating an exceptional guest experience, and setting a standard that turns first-time visitors into lifelong regulars. White Rabbit Hospitality is a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality group with a vision to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. The Randolph is one of our flagship properties and this is your opportunity to own its bar programme and make it unforgettable. This isn't a role where you pour drinks and tick boxes. We want a Bars Manager who leads from the front and brings something genuinely special to the bar.
