Job Description:

Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Barricade Driver/Traffic Control Maintainer to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.

Job Responsibility:

Make rough sketches of the area and work area
Set up devices per the Traffic Control Plan
Operating hand and/or power tools
Delivering, Loading and Unloading devices from truck and setting up
Maintain good condition of devices
Perform job checks/Inspections
Maintaining Equipment
Working as a team to complete tasks

Requirements:

Lifting up to 50lbs frequently
Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
DOT Medical card will be required before eligible to drive a company vehicle
Must have great communication skills
A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

Nice to have:

Previous Barricade experience a plus
Hardworking, honest, dependable, some knowledge of construction would be helpful but not necessary
