Job Responsibility:

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests at our Bars
  • present menus, offer recommendations, and ensure accurate order taking and delivery of food and beverages
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service areas
  • uphold brand standards and maintain the ambiance aligned with The Ritz-Carlton aesthetic
  • handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasions with genuine care and attention to detail
  • collaborate closely with fellow colleagues from the Bar-team to ensure seamless operations
  • comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • additional languages are an advantage
  • a passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
  • previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end bar service preferred
