Barkeeper / Barserver - Atmosphere Rooftop Bar

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests at the Rooftop Bar
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and ensure accurate order taking and delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service areas, including outdoor bar stations and seating areas
• Uphold brand standards and maintain the ambiance aligned with The Ritz-Carlton aesthetic
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and special occasions with genuine care and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with fellow colleagues from the Bar-team as well as the kitchen to ensure seamless operations
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end bar service preferred
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season
• Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
