Requirements

Previous barista experience in a speciality coffee shop, café or quality hotel setting
Confident dialling in espresso, steaming milk and producing consistent latte art
Genuine warmth and presence at the counter – you remember faces, names and orders
Calm, organised and fast under morning rush pressure
Strong food hygiene and HACCP awareness
Curiosity about coffee, origin, roast, brew method, and a hunger to keep learning
Conversational English and Portuguese
Right to Work in Portugal

Job Responsibility

Preparing speciality coffee to brand standard – espresso, milk drinks, filter and seasonal serves
Dialling in the grinder daily and tasting through service to keep the espresso on point
Welcoming guests at the counter with genuine warmth, knowledge and pace
Maintaining the machine, grinder and counter area to immaculate standards throughout service
Managing stock rotation, daily prep, opening and closing checks
Recommending coffees, pastries and seasonal items, telling the story of what we serve
Handling card and cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Supporting your teammates across the floor, fast feet, clean station, good energy
