Job Description:

Baristas at Marriott International go beyond making coffees to create memorable guest experiences. They responsibly handle guest service, maintain the bar space, build relationships, and deliver quality service within the hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Build an experience that is memorable and unique
Be a beverage enthusiast and host of the space
Take ownership of guest service more broadly
Make the bar look and function flawlessly
Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community
Deliver on guests’ needs
Be on feet and moving around
Follow company policies and procedures
Protect company assets
Maintain confidentiality
Ensure professional appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
