We are recruiting for a Barista to join our Dining Team at Bents. Do you want to work in an environment serving freshly made exceptional high-quality products and hot drinks every day and have a passion for customer service? Then this is the job for you! Join our vibrant Dining Team as a Barista, where you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable, world-class experiences across our 1,000-seater dining areas. Whether you’re expertly crafting barista-quality coffees, preparing food stations, taking customer orders, or keeping the tills running smoothly, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced, energetic catering operation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista, in hospitality, or in a restaurant setting would be a real plus

  • Manage the pull to thaw system for baked goods and sandwiches
  • Take care of voids, customer disputes and perform service recoveries
  • Train team on all new drinks as they are released each season
  • Ensure the store is stocked and ready for service during shift
  • Ensure Starbucks standards of quality are followed
  • Perform the monthly clean, safe and ready audit with manager on duty
