Job Description:

Barista position at Marriott Executive Apartments Hyderabad, responsible for food and beverage service including preparing drinks, serving guests, managing inventory, and ensuring quality service standards in a hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Answer guest questions about wines
Check quality and quantity of stock and supplies
Requisition supplies
Perform bottle-for-bottle liquor restock
Communicate last call
Prepare drink orders according to recipes
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
Count bank at end of shift
Complete cashier reports
Secure liquors, beers, wines, and storage areas
Anticipate replenishment needs
Ensure staff teamwork
Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees
Follow safety and security procedures
Maintain clean professional appearance
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
