Barista

We are looking for a talented Barista who is looking to develop their career within an ambitious team as we will always look to promote talent from within & support our team members as they develop & grow. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. Everything is made in-house wherever possible: from charcuterie & bread to jams, juices and pickles. Attentive but informal, simple but sophisticated. Our ethos is one of collaboration & the Barista position is key, serving all areas of the venue with beverages. We are looking for a Barista who is confident working high volume service, with a can-do attitude & commitment to the position. Our Barista receive personalised trainings by the Bar Manager & Head of Coffee, with many junior members of the team honing their skills & progressing to Cocktail Bartender positions.
