Job Description:

Barista position at Navi Mumbai Marriott Hotel responsible for complete closing duties, maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness, following safety procedures, providing professional guest service, and performing various physical tasks in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness of china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness throughout the day
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Use clear professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Adhere to quality standards
Read and verify information in various formats

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees
Follow company safety and security policies
