Job Description

Based at The Story of Gardening, a beautiful café and exhibit, set in the deer park with stunning views of the woodland area. A passion for excellent customer service and a desire to grow your own skills are paramount. Whilst coffee or food and beverage experience is needed, additional training will also be offered.

Job Responsibility

Working with the wider team to support our other food and beverage venues and supporting at Estate events
Ensuring each and every one of our visitors has a memorable day

Requirements

Previous strong barista experience is beneficial
Willingness to develop, grown and keep up with the demands of our developing business
Confident in service and feels comfortable leading
Great attention to detail
Great time management and self-motivated
Passion for food, beverage, and luxury hospitality
Basic computer skills
