Job Responsibility:
Provide a unique coffee and food-forward experience for every customer, including keeping up with production demand throughout the day
Serve as a coffee and food expert, providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage products and the ingredients used in those products
Demonstrate impeccable composure and the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events
Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and standards
Contribute to a positive team environment
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Adhere to all company cash handling policies including handling cash and credit card transactions, providing accurate change, and issuing receipts
Appear in uniform for all shifts at scheduled time
Keep the bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, trash, etc. throughout the shift
Keep your work station clean and organized
Inform management of any complaint, comments or incident
Behave and communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all guests
Provide information to guests regarding our venue, menus and pricing
Adhere to all company standard operating procedures. Maintain all company service sequence standards
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and/or departmental policies/procedures and all state and federal liquor laws
