Join our team as Barista! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our continued success and legendary service, delighting every customer with the Starbucks Experience. You’ll leverage your unique skills to efficiently craft and deliver quality beverages and products with care, while letting your engaging personality shine through to help foster a store environment that’s open and inviting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering legendary service to all customers by acting with a “customer first” attitude and connecting with them
  • Consistently providing quality beverages, whole beans and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe, presentation and health and safety standards
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
  • Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Requirements:

  • Acting with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote Starbucks’ culture, values and mission
  • Being available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Proudly wearing the iconic green apron and meeting the required dress code
