Job Responsibility:

  • Attend to the daily functions of the Market area
  • Provide information and assistance to all hotel guests as requested
  • Ensure that the daily food and beverage service for the Market is maintained and served to Crescent and/or brand standards

Requirements:

  • Must have a self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player
  • Must be able to stand and or walking for prolonged periods
  • Must have an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays, with open availability required
  • Scheduled hours are 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
  • second shift may be required when necessary

  • Take care of voids, customer disputes and perform service recoveries
  • Train team on all new drinks as they are released each season
  • Ensure the store is stocked and ready for service during shift
  • Ensure Starbucks standards of quality are followed
  • Perform the monthly clean, safe and ready audit with manager on duty
