Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a barista, where you’ll get involved in creating the Starbucks experience by providing our customers with high quality service, beverages, and products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers in line with recipe and presentation standards
  • Supporting with store procedures including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security
  • Supporting fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating
  • Anticipating and delivering on customer and store needs by getting to know the store environment and customers
  • Delivering legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and creating genuine connections
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners

  • Passion for bringing joy to customers

  • Manage the pull to thaw system for baked goods and sandwiches
  • Take care of voids, customer disputes and perform service recoveries
  • Train team on all new drinks as they are released each season
  • Ensure the store is stocked and ready for service during shift
  • Ensure Starbucks standards of quality are followed
  • Perform the monthly clean, safe and ready audit with manager on duty
