Job Description:

As a Barista at Walt Disney World Dolphin, you will be responsible for preparing food and beverages, maintaining work areas, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a meaningful guest experience. The role involves cash handling, adherence to safety standards, and supporting team goals within a global hospitality brand.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools, cleaning equipment, and locking doors
set up, stock, and maintain work areas
input orders into the cash register system
collect payments
prepare food and beverages
clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment
bus coffee cart areas and tables
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
visually inspect tools and equipment for defects.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
clear and professional communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for the entire shift
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
ability to bend, twist, pull, stoop, and reach overhead or below the knees
adherence to safety and security policies.
