Job Description:

This is an opportunity for experienced Baristas to join our team at this very exciting time for the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London. As one of our food and beverage associates, you’ll prepare espresso-based coffees, educate guests on the menu, and ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Rewards include discounted room rates, service charge, travel benefits, and training programmes.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare espresso based coffees, food and snacks
Bus coffee cart areas and coffee shop counter
Educate guests on drinks menu, making recommendations based on the guest preferences, up-selling special items
Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer
Ensure cleanliness of all work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day

Requirements:

Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom
A warm demeanour and service-oriented personality
A team-player attitude
Positive outlook and dependability
Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
