Job Responsibility:
Help our team, ensuring the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency
This role requires a hands-on approach, creativity in menu offerings, and strong leadership skills to drive the deli’s success
Requirements:
Prepare and serve drinks: Know and prepare a variety of cold and hot cafeteria beverages
Attend to customers: Take orders and serve drinks efficiently and with excellent customer service
Maintain bar cleanliness: Clean and sanitize the bar, utensils, and work surfaces
Process payments: Handle cash and credit cards, ensuring transactions are accurate
Control bar inventory: Monitor the stock of drinks and other supplies, and report replenishment needs
Respond to customer requests and complaints: Resolve issues quickly and effectively
Collaborate with the floor team: Coordinate with waiters to ensure correct order delivery
Report any problems, requests, conflicts, or incidents to Supervisors and Managers: Communicate any situation that requires immediate attention
Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards
Being attentive to guests & understand and anticipate guest needs
Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest requests
Maintain a high level of knowledge which will enhance the guest experience
Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations
Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
Appreciate the dynamic nature of the hotel industry and extend these service attributes to all internal customers
