Barista

• Prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based drinks and beverages to a consistently high standard, with genuine care and attention in every cup
• Deliver a warm, welcoming, and personalised experience to every guest, from the morning rush regular to the first-time visitor
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the full cafe menu, including coffee origins, brewing methods, and food offerings, to confidently guide and recommend to guests
• Maintain a clean, organised, and beautifully presented cafe environment at all times, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation
• Support stock management, including monitoring levels, flagging requirements, and minimising wastage
• Follow food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with the wider cafe and F&B team to ensure smooth and seamless service throughout the day
• Bring energy, warmth, and genuine passion to every shift

• Proven experience as a Barista within a quality cafe, coffee shop, or hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for coffee, craft, and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, grind settings, milk texturing, and coffee preparation techniques
• A warm, friendly, and engaging personality, you love connecting with people and making them feel welcome
• The ability to work efficiently and calmly during busy service periods without compromising on quality
• Good awareness of food safety, hygiene standards, and allergen requirements
• Experience with EPOS or till systems (desirable)
• A flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and peak periods as required by the business
