Job Description:

Barista position at The Westin & Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane, delivering exceptional coffee experiences across both properties, crafting high-quality beverages with dedication to five-star service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Job Responsibility:

Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffees, teas and other beverages
Provide warm, friendly and professional service to guests
Anticipate and address guest needs
Follow health, safety and hygiene regulations
Strong teamwork to lead section during busy periods

Requirements:

Proven experience as a barista
Must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol (Queensland)
Flexibility to work across various shifts including evenings, early starts, public holidays, and weekends

Nice to have:

Awareness of the current coffee industry trends and a willingness to innovate and learn
