Barista

• Serves and creates memorable beverages for our guests
• Providing an enjoyable expertly served experience while adhering to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• Handling orders, creating specialty coffees and teas, serving guests and other duties as assigned

• At minimum 1-year previous barista experience in a fast-paced guest facing operation
• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Additional language a definite asset for career growth
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform this position to Four Seasons standards, learn the sequence of service and work independently
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
• Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
• Must possess legal work authorization in Canada
