Job Description

Restaurant Associates is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to deliver exceptional coffee and outstanding service in a premium hospitality environment. You'll craft high-quality hot and cold beverages, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure every customer enjoys a first-class experience.

Job Responsibility

Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently
Replenish stock and monitor ingredient levels
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
Process customer transactions accurately where required

Requirements

Previous barista or café experience (preferred)
A passion for great coffee and customer service
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, can-do attitude
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality
