Job Responsibility:
Supervise the operational efforts and strategies of The Hutch and F&B outlets
supervise culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility and sanitation associates
train F&B associates in job performance, service, cleaning and sanitation and all other applicable areas
assist in writing schedules, checking time punches, training and evaluations
take immediate action on problems encountered in the outlets
participate in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly F&B inventory
ensure all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and expedited efficiently
Requirements:
Experience as a lead barista or food and beverage supervisor in a full-service resort
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to supervise and train staff
knowledge of food and beverage operations including service and sanitation
availability to work full time
commitment to maintaining high quality and service standards
ability to manage schedules and evaluate performance
knowledge of food and beverage operations, leadership, guidance, training, service, costs and sequence of service
ability to supervise and train culinary, restaurant, lounge, banquet, utility and sanitation teams
strong problem-solving skills
ability to participate in meetings and inventory processes
