Job Description:

Lead the buzz. Pour the experience. Set the standard. Our Cyder Bar Team Leader plays a pivotal role in bringing energy, precision and personality to one of the estate’s most vibrant guest spaces. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Cyder Bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From leading a passionate team to maintaining exceptional food and beverage standards, this is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Job Responsibility:

Lead daily operations of the Cyder Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Deliver consistently high standards of guest experience
Support stock control, cost management and minimise waste
Lead team briefings and set clear direction for service
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety standards
Maintain excellent presentation and organisation of the department
Coach, support and motivate team members
Act as a visible leader on the floor, responding to guest and team needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in a food and beverage environment, ideally within a fast-paced café or restaurant setting
Confident and approachable leadership style
Strong barista skills and ability to train others
Good understanding of bar service and cellar management
Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, positive and solution-focused mindset
