Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
An outgoing and social personality with a passion for guest service
Excellent communication and listening skills, with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and product quality
Previous experience is a plus but not required
Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
