Barista - Birchwood at The Conduit

We're looking for a dynamic Barista to deliver high-quality coffee and beverages while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for members and guests at The Conduit - one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent product standards, supporting the wider front of house team, and ensuring the barista station is organised, efficient and service-ready at all times. Birchwood at The Conduit, led by chef Will Devlin, is a brand-new cafe and wine bar that will bring a fresh, ingredient-led approach rooted in seasonality and sustainable sourcing. Expect bold, thoughtful dishes and a space designed for connection in the heart of Covent Garden.
