In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our continued success and legendary service, delighting every customer with the Starbucks Experience. You’ll leverage your unique skills to efficiently craft and deliver quality beverages and products with care, while letting your engaging personality shine through to help foster a store environment that’s open and inviting.

Job Responsibility

Delivering legendary service to all customers by acting with a 'customer first' attitude and connecting with them
Consistently providing quality beverages, whole beans and food products for all customers by adhering to all recipe, presentation and health and safety standards
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
Engaging with and understanding our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Requirements

Ability and willingness to learn quickly, even if you don't have previous work experience
Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions and requesting clarification when needed
Strong interpersonal skills
Being a true team player and building strong relationships
Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Maintaining regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Following Starbucks stores' operating policies and standards, cash handling and ensuring store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
Setting a positive example by maintaining a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events
