Job Description:

We are looking for talented and passionate baristas/bartenders to join our team at Grind at BrewDog Waterloo. BrewDog Waterloo is the BIGGEST BrewDog location in the world, encompassing two floors of amazing craft beer, spirits, food and entertainment. Our Grind Cafe is a busy coffeehouse with amazing brunch by day and transforms into a bustling cocktail bar and evening food at night.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handcrafting awesome coffee, at pace
  • Including dialling in grinders, maintaining coffee quality and produce latte art
  • Opening and closing of both coffee and cocktail stations
  • Provide epic counter and table service at every day part
  • Craft amazing cocktails that our customers love
  • General cleaning and organisation of Grind
  • Support the team in driving results
  • Running drinks to the rest of the venue

Requirements:

  • Talented and passionate barista/bartender
  • Comfortable in high volume cafes
  • Able to maintain great attention to detail, efficiency and cleanliness
  • Comfortable working with La Marzocco Linea PB machines and Nuova Simonelli Mythos One grinders
  • Able to deliver great-tasting coffee in a friendly, engaging and customer-focused manner
  • Experience in cocktails as well as coffee is admirable
