Job Responsibility:

  • Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order
  • Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while providing legendary service
  • Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team
  • Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost while following operational policies and procedures including safety and security
  • Collaborate well with others to create a strong and cooperative team environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must have reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong social skills and a love for meeting new people
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well in a fast and exciting environment
  • Eagerness to learn new things and quickly pick up new skills
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, policies and rules, and request assistance when needed
  • Basic math skills to accurately count money and make change
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute to a cooperative team
