Job Responsibility:

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders, answering questions, calling guests by name and thanking them for their order
Provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards while providing legendary service
Stay calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating properly and set a positive example for the team
Operate a cash register and receive payment from guests while following brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
Keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance the culture, values and mission of the brand and HMSHost while following operational policies and procedures including safety and security
Collaborate well with others to create a strong and cooperative team environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Must have reliable transportation to Dallas Love Field Airport
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong social skills and a love for meeting new people
Ability to stay calm and perform well in a fast and exciting environment
Eagerness to learn new things and quickly pick up new skills
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, policies and rules, and request assistance when needed
Basic math skills to accurately count money and make change
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a cooperative team
