Job Responsibility:
Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Hairdressing and Barbering qualifications
Help learners develop confidence, employability skills, and industry relevant barbering techniques
Deliver engaging lessons
Make a difference in students' lives
Foster a love for learning
Requirements:
Hold a relevant subject specialist qualification in barbering at level three or above and a level five teaching qualification
Deliver engaging and inclusive teaching sessions in Barbering at Levels 1 and 2
Assessors qualification or willingness to work towards
Support learners with varying needs, motivating them to achieve qualifications and develop practical skills
Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
Have experience in creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
Have previous track record showing achievement of quality targets
Have successfully produced accurate and timely reports
Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
Can motivate and enthuse learners
Have organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets
Demonstrate positive team working
